Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Rebel Pilates Education platform at rebelpilates.learnworlds.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

2. Our courses and services

Rebel Pilates Education Limited provides Pilates teacher training courses, educational content, and related resources. Our courses are accredited with REPs NZ and Pilates Aotearoa where specified.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Enrolment and eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to enrol
• Some courses have prerequisite requirements — these are clearly stated on each course page
• You are responsible for ensuring you meet all prerequisites before enrolling
• Rebel Pilates reserves the right to decline enrolment at our discretion

4. Payment and refund policy

Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been arranged.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day cooling off period from the date of purchase for digital course access. Refunds will not be issued after online content has been substantially accessed or after you have attended an in-person workshop.

If you need to defer your workshop attendance, please contact us at hello@rebelpilates.nz as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests subject to availability.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, materials, and resources provided by Rebel Pilates are owned by Rebel Pilates Education Limited and are protected by copyright. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
• Share your login credentials with others
• Record or screenshot course content for redistribution
• Use our materials for commercial purposes outside your own teaching practice

Your access to course materials is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

6. Certification and assessment

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required assessments, practice hours, and workshop attendance. Rebel Pilates reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met to the required standard.

Certificates remain the property of Rebel Pilates Education Limited and may be revoked in cases of misrepresentation or misconduct.

7. Code of conduct

All students are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with instructors, staff, and fellow students. Rebel Pilates reserves the right to remove any student from the programme without refund if they engage in behaviour that is disrespectful, harmful, or contrary to our values.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Rebel Pilates Education Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our platform or courses.

Our total liability to you in connection with any course or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course or service.

9. Health and safety

Pilates teacher training involves physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating. Please consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns. Rebel Pilates is not liable for any injury sustained during course participation.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
