Classical and contemporary Mat Pilates exercises with cues, modifications, and progressions for all levels.
Full-Day In-Person Workshop (7hrs)
Hands-on practical training covering 70+ exercises with progressions and regressions, cueing, class presentation, and real teaching practice with our facilitation team.
Practice Hours
10 hours of class observation plus 10 hours of supervised teaching practice, all submitted and assessed as part of your certification.
Final Assessment
Submit a full-class video or attend an in-person assessment to demonstrate your readiness to teach.
